About Me

Hi, I’m Kevin — a game design graduate specialising in gameplay, combat design and visual identity.

My work focuses on creating engaging player experiences through responsive mechanics, combat systems, and thoughtful gameplay design. I enjoy building prototypes and experimenting with systems to explore how mechanics, feedback, and player choices shape the way games are experienced.

Throughout my projects, I’ve worked with both Unity and Unreal Engine, developing gameplay prototypes ranging from stealth mechanics and combat systems to relaxing player-driven gameplay loops. My honours research explored how avatar identity can influence player decision-making, combining gameplay prototyping with player behaviour research.

I’m particularly interested in designing combat encounters, player abilities, and mechanics that encourage players to experiment, adapt, and master gameplay systems.
